We use Business Post and TNT overnight carriers to deliver our products.

We aim to ship within 1 - 2 working days from receipt of your order. We will call you to let you know when you can expect delivery.

If you change your mind orders may be cancelled in writing by fax or e-mail providing the goods have not been despatched.

Should any items arrive faulty or damaged you must advise us within 3 days of receipt. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement sent or a full refund given.

You may return any item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund providing that any items returned are in original saleable condition and the original packaging.
